Step 1: Meet with career coach to discuss career goals

Your coach will discuss your career goals and job search plan with you.  Set up periodic check-in points as you progress with your plan.  When you have completed the other eligibility steps your coach will activate the employer connection portion of the 12Twenty career management portal.   Watch this introductory video
