As an MBA intern at Progressive, you’ll manage a real business case and gain exposure to a variety of business areas. You’ll conduct research, collaborate with others, and create and deliver a comprehensive strategy to senior leaders and key stakeholders across the enterprise. You’ll gain leadership experience by working on meaningful projects and receiving coaching and mentorship from senior leaders. This program provides in-depth exposure to our products, processes, and organization.
You’ll also be exposed to future full-time opportunities. Many MBA intern graduates have joined Progressive as product managers, process managers and other senior level roles upon graduation.
Must have qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required and actively pursuing a master’s degree in a related field of study
- Minimum of three years related experience. (e.g. analytical work in a professional setting)
When: Summer 2024 (June-August)

- Planned graduation date of spring 2025
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Proven leadership qualities and the ability to interact effectively with others at multiple levels of a large corporate organization
- Strong interest in complex quantitative analysis
