You’re an individual with a solid understanding of clinical research, an analytical approach to problem solving, and have strong experience supporting teams responsible for sales growth. You are highly motivated by being part of a cross-functional team focused on transformational change in the area of clinical research. You’re a kind, passionate, and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an impact. Specifically, you:

Have been part of sales/business development teams for 4+ years selling into bioparhama with experience across a variety of activities including rapid creation of high quality content (slides, pitch decks, proposals, etc.) and collaborative solutioning with internal colleagues

Have a BA or BS (preferred discipline in biological sciences, business, engineering, biostatistics, or similar)

Understand biopharma industry dynamics across stages of drug development cycle / value chain and are familiar with biopharma org structures

Have independently owned a book-of-work and/or end-to-end client management for a biopharma account(s) with minimal oversight, including working across cross funtional stakeholders.

Detail oriented with a strong desire and ability to develop domain expertise (e.g., clinical research, commercial strategy, clinical technology, clinical oncology)

Able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Regularly travel to client sites, industry relevant conferences and trade shows (anticipated travel <20%, including 5 – 10 industry relevant events per year)

Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Are proactive, self-motivated and self-directed, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and data driven
Extra Credit

You have experience with complex sales approaches to leveraging data and technology to design better clinical trials, accelerate patient recruitment, and/or re-imagine clinical trial data collection and management

You have experience with and are well-versed in a wide array of evidence generation strategies (e.g., real-world evidence, prospective registries, interventional clinical trials)

You have oncology experience

You have an advanced degree (MS, PhD, MPH, MBA)
Where you’ll work
