Capital Bank

Capital Bank was founded in 1995 by a group of Albany-based business people and community leaders. For 15 years, Capital Bank continued to grow and expand to meet the needs of the Capital Region. In 2011, Capital Bank joined forces with a strong community bank in the Southern Tier of New York State. Capital Bank now operates as a division of Chemung Canal Trust Company with convenient offices across the Capital Region
