Full Job Description
The School of Medicine (SOM) Finance Office is looking for an analyst to complete our annual reporting to our accrediting organization. The candidate must have advanced Excel and Access skills to create custom queries from multiple financial systems to meet reporting parameters. They will work collaboratively with our partner organizations to quantify, analyze, and finalize reporting. Adhoc reporting as needed.
This position will be responsible for leading the SOM departments through the F&A Distribution and Categorization of Reserve submission.

Conditions of Employment
Bachelor’s degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
MBA or equivalent in related field
Experience reporting complex data sets from multiple source data systems
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing reporting using advanced Excel and Access skills.
Develop training materials and implement large scale trainings to users of varying skill levels
Evaluated, designed and implemented reporting processes and systems
