Full Job Description
This position requires standing, walking, and sitting for long periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, and lift objects up to 50 lbs. Occasional (<20% of the time) job-related travel.
Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm.
UK Healthcare is seeking a Business Partner Senior Specialist to support the Business Partner Director, in order to deliver value and drive alignment for clinical and corporate-wide strategic imperatives. This role will coordinate, manage, and disseminate financial planning tools, calendars, and systems while driving to optimize existing practices and procedures. The Senior Specialist will also provide input for strategy development, prepare analysis for service lines and focus, and perform value-add analysis and reporting.
In addition, the Senior Specialist will analyze data to support operations and make strategic decisions, while providing business analysis on new products / services and help to create business cases and develops feasibility studies for new development.
Strong customer service skills is needed in this position, as the Specialist will proactively and regularly initiate contact with client group, and monitor UKHC and industry strategic plans, goals, objectives, etc. The Specialist will also work to develop recommendations to help clients reach goals and objectives.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Must demonstrate the ability to conduct and interpret qualitative/quantitative analysis of finances and operative data.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
CPA or MBA in Finance or Health Administration preferred. Membership in and designation from a professional society such as HFMA, ACHE and/or CPME is also preferred.
