- Middle East
Responsible for Reporting, Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting (RPBF) support for assigned Operating Unit(s) in the areas of Topline, NSR and Incidence, with a holistic view towards Gross Profit. This role will report to the Topline, NSR and Incidence global COE lead in support of regional Service delivery leads and Operating Units. Role is networked with other areas of Financial Services, including Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Bottlers. Responsible for providing timely and relevant financial insights and information to Operating Units and ensuring standard and consistent information output for business stakeholders, overseeing RPBF work performed by MSPs. Responsible in sharing and helping implement global process standardization and optimization.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Core member of the global Center of Excellence (COE) that creates RPBF information focused on Topline, NSR and Incidence support, with a holistic view of Gross Profit for the assigned international Operating Unit(s).
Collaborates and fosters relationships with Operating Units and other hubs within Financial Services to deliver needed financial information and analysis.
Works with a networked team to share and implement practices that drive efficiency and standardization globally.
Ensures quality of information provided to stakeholders.
Supports RPBF COE and regional Service Delivery Leads and business stakeholders to address upcoming needs in a changing business environment.
Works with stakeholders to prioritize work activities and initiatives appropriately.
Connects with bottlers as needed to ensure information needs are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics. CPA, CMA, MBA preferred.
Related Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of related work experience conducting financial planning and reporting activities.
- Experience in influencing, communicating effectively, and collaborating across a varied group of business stakeholders.
- Experience in virtual working arrangements across cultures and time zones is a plus.
- Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint, preferably in the consumer packaged goods space.
