WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Business Analysis Team (BAT) provides finance and analytical support to help leadership make informed strategic decisions on running, growing, and improving the business. BAT also supports internal customers across functions and offices in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Our dozen-person team is recognized for our strong expertise, problem solving, business partnering, teaming, and customer service. We take on high-impact projects which improve our business and further the professional development of our analysts.
In addition to providing exemplary support to our internal customers in North America, we also partner with colleagues from other business regions and the firm’s corporate office. As a result, members of the team receive significant exposure to the overall business and develop networks and working relationships across the organization.
As a Financial Analyst, you will work collaboratively within the team and across the organization to support our local colleagues, regional leadership and other stakeholders. This will include:
- Working collaboratively within the team and across internal stakeholders (e.g. FP&A, Revenue Management team, Client Team)
- Analyze pricing and profitability metrics, highlighting opportunities to optimize realized price
- Support the firm’s pricing strategy; execute and audit billing rate changes in the financial systems
- Develop and maintain costing tools and customized pricing tools
- Support the firm’s CRM strategy by identifying opportunities to automate processes and reporting; support change management

Completing ad hoc requests in a timely manner
Providing training to teammates and internal customers
Creating and enhancing financial processes, guidelines, and policies
Well organized, able to juggle multiple competing priorities
Performing under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
Learning new topics and skills with a combination of intellectual curiosity, desire for professional growth, and receptiveness to feedback
Perform other duties as assigned or required
YOU’RE GOOD AT (CONT’D)
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Math; MBA or Master’s degree a plus
- 2-3 years of finance-related experience ideal
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Business Objects, Alteryx, or Tableau experience a plus
