Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects and work in a wide variety of fields, including Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable and Patient Billing. Will manage relevant employees, set deadlines, communicate with the Director of Finance and Assistant controller about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.

Perform account reconciliations and journal entries for monthly closing and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree in accounting. CPA or MBA preferred

Experience: Three of five years in financial management.

Licensure/Certification:

Primary Source Verification (if applicable): N/A

Knowledge/Skills: Management principles including financial analysis, problem solving, human resource development and planning. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Other: Ability to train staff on new processes and perform under stressful conditions.
