We are searching for a Senior Finance Operations Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Senior Finance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, modeling, and control of manufacturing costs as well as improving processes and profitability You will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive cost transparency and cost efficiencies
  • Analyze complex data and provide high-level summary info
  • Model costs for existing portfolio, product changes, and scope new product introductions
  • Lead overall budgeting and forecasting process

Ultimately, you will make an impact on our company by helping us plan for the future by advising management on how to allocate our resources and improving processes, profitability, and overall strength of the business.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of related professional Accounting or Finance experience
  • Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Advanced experience with large, automated financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, JDE, and Smartview

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree
  • CPA certification
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
