Prisma Group is hiring a Business Development Associate that is a native Spanish speaker who desires to impact business results through market research and qualification work, business planning and sales support as well as continuous development of his/her business skill set. The company offers a flexible work environment.
Development of target lists for lead generation, prospect qualification, industry partners
Conduct/assist with market research of companies, industry segments, opportunity evaluations, trends, etc. through both primary (e.g. phone calls) and secondary (e.g. internet research) sources.
Conduct lead generation, prospect qualification, intelligence gathering and interview fact finding by assembling databases, developing questionnaires, outreach via email/phone campaigns.
Other activities and tasks may be assigned such as logistics coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, OR pursuing such.
Business experience, preferably in sales/ customer service/ business development/ market research with a small to mid-sized company preferable but not required.
Strong phone presence with ability to quickly develop relationships.
Proven intellectual curiosity and ability to understand, analyze, and summarize data and information from disparate sources.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task across projects.
Must be a self-starter with positive ‘can do’ attitude, disciplined work ethic by taking ownership of projects with the right follow-through, as well as effective time management skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Spanish is required – no need to apply if not completely fluent.
Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite of products as well as internet research tools.
