Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Reg ional Sales Manager to lead our Onboarding (recapture and c onversion ) process for the region.
Essential Responsibilities
-
Manage recapture process – deliver on Smart Growth initiatives including drive activity with lead response at the local branch

Support ongoing O Growth initiatives and drive the maintenance sales results
-
When warranted conduct recapture/conversion blitzes in strategic markets. For blitz activity, ensure preparation, communication, execution and follow up on actions

Support and provide continuous improvement to the service SIP training across region. Focused on recaptures and conversions

Manage national account and local RFPs

Manage regional conversion process to achieve or exceed 90% conversion rate
-
Actively participate in the handoff process to i dentify gaps in conver s i o n standard work and partner with key sta keholders to implement changes and tools to measure accountability and improvement

Lead monthly conversion calls at the branch level and create/ follow up on action items assigned to branch reps
Basic Qualifications
-
3+ years of industry sales experience required

Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly develop relationships and partner with line management
-
Ability to proactively drive process improvement , problem solve and interact with all levels within the organization

Proficiency with MS office

Demonstrate effective communication skills that facilitates cross function interaction

Proven ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
Education/Certifications
-
BA/BS in business management or related field
-
MBA a plus
Travel

Travel will be approximately 50 %
