WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone with a passion for sport, finance, and technology to join our team. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for driving excellence in financial planning & analytics across Global Technology Portfolio including Nike’s Digital Transformation investments.
You should have the ability to work in ambiguous, high pace and dynamic environment while showcasing high impact analytics that inform critical business decisions. You should have passion for data, financial acumen, and ability to simplify complex technology information for non-tech audience.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be a part of finance team leading Global Technology Portfolio Planning and Analytics. You will be responsible for partnering with cross functional team of finance, and technology business partners to execute technology portfolio planning and consolidation. You will provide proactive in-depth financial analytics and develop business case and evaluation. You will be an integral part of the team that is responsible for – developing portfolio mix recommendation across technology investments (infrastructure, foundation, & business facing capabilities), defining framework for business value & portfolio optimization, and developing technology financial plan presentations.
You have the opportunity to create critical processes, frameworks, and capabilities from the ground up. This role provides a unique visibility to work across Nike’s value chain and serves a great platform for professional growth.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will closely work with Technology Finance, Technology, and Business partners across Nike’s value chain. You will also interact with Global Operations Finance, Global Business Planning, and Controlling team.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or closely related field
5+ years’ experience in FP&A, accounting, strategic planning or investment analysis
Professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) and/or advanced degree (MBA) a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Proven ability to perform quantitative & qualitative analysis
Ability to utilize analytics to support compelling storytelling
Advanced excel skills utilizing formulas, pivots, queries, etc.
Powerpoint proficiency with building integrated financial presentations
Knowledge of NIKE’s financial reporting tools is preferred (SAP BPC, SAP CCA, BW BEX).
Experience with financial planning in technology organizations is a plus
