Artiam Bio is science-focused biotech startup that is targeting the endocannabinoid system to treat significant diseases using sophisticated pharmacology and medicinal chemistry approaches. The company has three areas of focus: non-alcoholic and alcoholic liver diseases, Prader Willi syndrome, and cannabis use disorder (both acute intoxication and addiction).
Artiam Bio is seeking an intern to assist with the development of a business plan, identification of potential investors, and coordinate an initial outreach campaign. The intern will gain valuable experience in a biotech start-up environment – particularly in the areas of strategy development and content creation. Will work closely with founding members and consultants.
This internship requires a commitment of 10 hours per week over 16 weeks, and is available starting in March.

– Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to biomedical sciences such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc.
– Preferred qualification — MBA or related. In school is acceptable.
