You will support category-changing initiatives in partnership with marketing, RDQ, finance and other functions. You will bring a deep understanding of consumer trends and needs, business models as well as our competitors’ strategies.
How you will contribute
You will:

Drive dialogue with Marketing, RDQ, Finance, other functions to assess and recommend business solutions. Inspire and influence cross functional, multi-regional teams and engage both internal and external partners to support superior product innovation, business model innovation etc. which deliver sustainable, incremental and profitable revenue potential

Support strategic innovation roadmap

Support innovation process, cross functionally from concept to commercialization

Secure successful roll out of existing bundle in white space markets

Support regions with best practices on winning bundle

More about this role
As a Senior Manager in the Mondelēz Global Strategy Team, you will help define the company’s future direction by assisting in the identification, development and execution of strategic initiatives, enterprise strategy, portfolio strategy and strategic plan. Overall, this highly visible position will require you to work on complex projects and provide actionable recommendations while building strong relationship across Mondelēz at all levels and in all parts of the business. You will provide thought leadership, research and analytical support on cross-functional teams that identify, evaluate and analyze critical strategic priorities.
What you need to know about this position:
The role will provide significant growth and development opportunities and will entail:

Supporting the development of the ten-year strategic vision, three-year Enterprise Strategy and annual Strategic Planning process in collaboration with senior leaders in Business Units, Regions and Functions

Collaborate with senior leaders to identify, analyze, and accelerate strategies for growth
including sizing and assessing opportunities, identifying the risks/benefits, and defining action plans
-
Developing insights and strategic perspectives on new business opportunities
-
Developing a deep understanding of the competitive environment and anticipated competitors moves
-
Driving analytics, managing projects, and delivering and supporting presentations
-
Supporting Executive Leadership Team meetings, including facilitating communication with senior leaders and the Board of Directors

Collaborating with Corporate Finance, Marketing, Business Development, and other teams across the company to develop and execute key strategic initiatives

Education / Certifications:
-
MBA from top tier school with 4-5 years of experience either in a comparable role in a multinational FMCG Company or at a leading consulting firm (eg, BCG, Bain, McKinsey); focus on consumer goods and/or retail preferred
