This position is part of the Capital Markets Group, based in Santa Clara. The group manages Intel’s 40B debt portfolio, related asset liability management programs, shareholder distribution programs, global FX exposures, revolver, tax credit deal portfolio and Intel Capital equity disposals. This position is primarily responsible for supporting Intel’s debt/revolver ongoing activities, tax credit deal portfolio, shareholder distributions and associated controls.
The candidate will be required to communicate with external financial institutions as well as Intel’s main banking partners to strengthen existing relationships and establish new relationships, as necessary. The successful candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple competing priorities. This position requires a self-starter who will work to continuously improve Treasury processes while maintaining a rigorous control environment and compliance with various Intel policies.
Additionally, the job involves close collaboration and partnership with multiple stakeholders including Corp Planning, Legal, Tax and Accounting to ensure strategic alignment. It also involves partnering and maintaining effective relationships with Intel’s various Treasury peers. Ad-hoc projects will also be part of the job responsibilities

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
3+ years relevant (investment management, equity and capital markets or corporate treasury) experience
MBA, CFA or equivalent Investment or Treasury qualification
Proficient with financial software systems
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of Treasury products and processes, investment products and financial instruments as well their associated risks
