Full Job Description
This position is associated with the sale of Intel’s NAND memory business to SK hynix (SKh). The NAND Design, Technology, and Manufacturing (NDTM) group is responsible for the technology development and high volume manufacturing of 3D NAND. This position aligns to Phase 2 (2nd close) of the transaction, which is expected to close in March 2025 subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions. At 2nd close, all employees aligned to Phase 2 of the transaction will become NewCo employees (name of new company TBD) which will be a wholly owned independent subsidiary under SKh to be led by Rob Crooke.
As the NDTM Central Senior Finance Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the business process for reporting out the financial performance of the NAND-DTM covering close, annual budget forecast for cost of sales and RnD in partnership with peers in the High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) site (Dalian) and Technology Development and Memory Component Development (US and Dalian) as well as support groups to NDTM.
Tracking and reporting out to senior management NDTM’s performance vs. the key operating metrics as well as with a few NewCo Finance (SKh) employees.
Provide finance budget support for the Central Manufacturing and Planning, Quality and Reliability and HVM Enabling team and influencing them to stay within their budget.
Driving data quality and analytics to drive automation and improve data reporting to stakeholders.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Bachelor’s or Master’s or MBA degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of related Finance practical experience.
Experience in data analytics desired including advanced excel skills (Powerquery/Powerpivot), PowerBI, SQL, Rapid Visual Modelling (RVM)
