Responsibilities

We are seeking an innovative Product Management Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead dynamic, cross-functional product teams from design to delivery offering our customers fully developed products ready for use. Works with senior leadership from the both the enterprise and externally to monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to internal and external stakeholders at the most senior level. May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product gaps, defining product requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends. The product management lead will be responsible for engaging with customers both internally and externally to optimize product delivery and oversee team deliverables.

Key Accountabilities –

  • Lead efforts to build and enhance work streams for product efficiency that will ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction by monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases
  • Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to internal and external stakeholders at the most senior level. May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product gaps, defining product requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends both externally and across Humana.
  • Lead efforts in building portfolio of business both externally and within Humana seeking out new and innovative use cases. Collaborate internally and externally utilizing HOaaS to provide strategic analytical support and insight for partner and potential new partner opportunities. Align HOaaS communication with the Humana Brand Strategy in order to optimize product delivery and oversee team deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position
  • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP – Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated experience with project management software (ServiceNow, ADO, etc)
  • Knowledge of community based digital platforms that link community based organizations and create longitudinal member records of community resource linkages
  • Experience developing provider level population health reporting
  • Knowledge of person-centered planning initiatives and comprehensive care coordination procedures
  • Demonstrated experience leading dynamic cross functional teams with high profile deliverables, competing priorities and short deadlines
  • Skill in the use of computers, statistical software, and technology
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Skill in analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s in Business Administration
  • Lean Certification
  • Recent knowledge of TRICARE compliance and contractual requirements and standards
  • Familiarity with Military families, geography and cultures
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing thought leadership in support of Military health plans and/or TRICARE
