Financial Analyst – Shared Services
Accounting, forecasting, and overall financial and management reporting and analytical support for total business accounts receivables and payables, including working capital program compliance and optimization
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accounting, reporting, and overall analytical support for total business accounts receivables of ~$1.1B monthly (Monthly accounting/reporting of actuals and business forecasting rhythms).
Functional owner of the allowance for doubtful accounts, including ownership of all associated accounting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Provide business insight and support throughout the design and implementation of dashboards and other reporting tools to assist management by highlighting key focus areas and presenting KPIs in near real-time.
Perform analyses and forecasts related to existing as well as potential working capital programs, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, and providing recommendations to senior management.
Partner with the Collections and Commercial teams to help drive accountability, efficiency, and transparency throughout the cash collection cycle and to ultimately drive continuous improvement in terms of past due performance.
Partner with operations team and Oracle ERP implementation team to support the migration of remaining accounts receivables from our legacy system to our new Oracle ERP system.
Support all functional financial audit requests, both internal and external, while exemplifying both a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Utilize process improvement skills to simplify and improve accuracy and overall flow of monthly/quarterly closing, forecasting, and reporting rhythms.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or finance
Minimum 3-5 years of high-impact experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or other related fields.
Accountable self-starter who consistently leverages strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective business solutions.
Adept at navigating challenging business scenarios and successfully managing several concurrent projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and financial modeling principles and techniques.
CPA/CMA or MBA a plus.
