As a squad member of the Debt and Savings squad, we will collaborate in driving strategy, defining the problem, analyzing needs, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, and developing a solution that supports our Financial Planning efforts. Our goal is to help millions of Americans to invest towards their goals, develop a holistic plan, and feel protected in times of need!
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Strong analysis skills, a strategic voice, and a collaborative approach of delivering efficient client experiences in a digital world
Minimum of 2-4 years experience developing digital solutions, client experience design, and technology delivery.
Strong product development skills, including experience with user experience design practices, experimentation, and measurement
Exhibit the Agile way of working with experience collaborating and translating business requirements into action for designers and developers
Experience identifying and working with data to analyze, find opportunities, drive fact-based decision making, and measure results
Ability to think strategically about business goals and roadmap how the unique elements fit together – crafting end-to-end client journeys and experiences to address key planning & wealth needs
Ability to build credibility and trust with diverse partners and understands how to influence without authority
Ability to encourage, prioritize, and coordinate delivery, providing strategic guidance to align efforts while clearly communicating progress, decisions, blockers, and risks to partners.
You are intellectually curious, have a continuous improvement approach, and model a culture of learning and coaching
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborate, client centric environment and possess a positive, can do demeanor
Experience with personal finance applications is a plus.
Strong business knowledge of Wealth Management and Financial Services, preferably CFP® or M.B.A. with 5+ years of consistent track record or Bachelor’s with 7+ years of proven ability

Within Fidelity, the Personal Investing (PI) division provides number of services that support our clients, such as planning and advice, self-directed brokerage accounts, credit cards, cash management services, college saving plans, managed investment solutions, the physical branch network, the customer service teams, and retirement solutions that fall outside of employer-sponsored plans.
Your focus will be to advance the work of the Planning and Advice Services by using your knowledge of clients, technology, and investments, along with your skills in delivering value in an agile environment.
