The FP&A team is looking for a Finance Manager (FM) to support the Cruise Franchising/Supply teams on the Cruise Line of Business.
This role will play an integral role in maximizing the returns on the Cruise Line of Business and provide financial support for forecasts and strategy. The role provides decision support and owns the supplier partner and performance related workspace including forward-looking unit revenue and unit costs. It involves business analysis, ad hoc reporting, competitive analyses, and business performance measurement.

Excellent interpersonal skills and confirmed ability to partner with all levels of senior management
High level of intellectual curiosity that drives sense of ownership and continuous improvement across communication of financial analyses
Strong strategic and business skills with a passion for using data in forecasting and for driving better decision-making
Strong spreadsheet, data-management, financial modeling, forecasting skills and the ability to present data to lead and influence decisions across various internal and external functions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports, trend and variance analysis and other financial review documents
Translate current business drivers to build targets, Quarterly Forecasts and Annual Plan, while continuously reviewing strategies with efforts to exceed and increase performance
Ability to identify and quantify ongoing risks and opportunities and articulate these trends to business partners of varying levels and functions
Evaluate existing processes and programs and help drive improvements in processes, and profitability
Develop and share best-practices with other team members to improve coordination and communication and help the team win
Partner with the Cruise Supply Team to assist in the evaluation and negotiation of business terms with cruise line partners
Evaluate progress and attainment of cruise line variable incentive programs in partnership with the Revenue Management Team
WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Undergraduate degree, with Finance focus; MBA or CPA
5+ years’ work experience in a similar analytical role
Hyperion Planning/Essbase experience helpful
Tableau/Power BI experience helpful
eCommerce experience preferred
Previous travel industry experience preferred
