POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for collaborating and documenting standard operating procedures for Fixed Assets, Inventory and Jet Reporting. This position will also provide guidance and support to business units and various departments across the organization, partnering with all branches pertaining to various functions within Shared Services.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Work with and become backup for the Fixed Asset Manager to learn and support process in Sage and ERP system for current and newly acquired organizations
- Work with and become backup for Inventory Accountant to develop streamlined processes, including month end close and BOTW
- Review and establish departmental processes and procedures for all areas of the Shared Service Center
- Provide accounting support and assistance for annual audit
- Become a subject matter expert for jet reporting
- Build and analyze jet reports for departmental dashboards to allow strategic execution and growth

o Provide recommendations, gain consensus and implement solutions working with decision makers as necessary

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience: Two (2) + years experience pertaining to project management functions or completed MBA
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills in the operation of all programs used by the organization including Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: College Degree Preferred
Experience: 2 – 5 years proven sales professional preferred
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and abilities of Microsoft Office products prior knowledge and use of CRM a plus
Other Requirements: daily travel within territory and very minimal overnight travel
