We are looking for a talented FP&A Senior Analyst to join our team specializing in finance for our distribution business, working from your remote home office. *Location Flexible*
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for the preparation of complex and interpretive financial analyses and reporting for the FP&A team that supports the Power Generation Sales and Service business for North America.
Prepares and consolidates financial data statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
Responsible for gathering data across systems and compiling into usable reporting.
Continuously works to find ways to be more efficient and productive.
Thinks critically and provides suggestions to enhance processes relating to complex financial analysis and reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. MBA preferred.
Advanced Excel skills required and at least three years of experience using Excel to perform reporting, forecasting, and variance analyses.
Experience in Finance and Accounting (FP&A/PFR preferred).
Proven performance in managing multiple work streams and ability to work cross-functionally and with business stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
