What You Will Do
As a member of the Business Operations team in Global Manufacturing and Logistics (GML), you will have the opportunity to collaborate with partners across Cisco to build and drive GML strategy for budget, talent, communications, goals & metrics alignment.
As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Global Manufacturing & Logistics strategic commitments. The Biz Ops team is responsible for a variety of impactful, highly strategic work. You will team up with executives and business leads, serving as a strategic thought partner.
You will drive highly visible, strategic, multi-functional projects that have the potential to build tremendous value for Supply Chain Operations.
You will structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, assembling and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations.
You will participate in the workforce planning to align with fiscal planning activities.

In this role, you will partner with our executives and strategic partners, serving as a thought partner in helping them tackle their highest priority strategic questions.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of business operations, workforce planning, and financial reporting experience
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA strongly preferred
- Strong Program Management capability
- Validated partnership and ability to be highly inventive in a fast-paced environment
- Good communications and networking experience
- Outstanding problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills
- Capable of building positive relationships up, down, and sideways in the organization
- Good communication skills with the ability to clearly explain sophisticated issues to a variety of audiences
- Confirmed experience engaging cross-functionally and across levels of management (from subject matter authorities to company executives)
- Ability to balance multiple large and critical tasks
