Full Job Description
The Financial Analysis Advisor is responsible for tracking, evaluating and monetizing margin associated with Specialty new generic launches. This individual will work closely with Accredo product and account management teams, Supply Chain and Pricing to assess market data, analyze and accurately forecast Specialty generic gross margin, as well as quantify risks and opportunities. This position will also review forecast assumptions, provide variance analysis and recommend adjustments as needed.
Manage the reporting, analysis, and forecasting of Specialty new generic gross margin.
Report and present trends and performance reports to Accredo, Finance and Supply Chain leadership.
Support decision makers with tools, financial models, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
Forecast performance, analyze trends, provide analysis, and develop recommendations for a variety of Accredo product, pharma & Supply Chain strategic projects.
Communicate results, forecast, and analysis to multiple groups and levels of management including Sr. Directors and Vice Presidents.
Standardize and automate reporting and analysis to ensure accurate, consistent and up to date information.
Become a subject matter expert for Specialty generics forecasting and analysis.
Independently analyze data for opportunities and risk.
Lead projects and meetings that analyze Specialty generics, including participants from Accredo product and account management, Supply Chain and Strategy teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field and MBA desired.
3+ years relevant experience.
Ability to develop financial models.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate financial data and drive action to create additional value.
Ability to work cross functionally to resolve complex issues.
Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines.
Database/SQL experience preferred.
Essbase experience preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
