The Corporate Finance team within the Treasury Department manages a total balance sheet of over $17 billion and the Analyst II will play an integral part in executing funding strategies and supporting sound financial decision-making. The Analyst II will have an opportunity to be part of various complex funding transactions in the bank and capital markets, including partner management, internal influencing at senior levels, and ongoing administration. This role is ideal for a self-starter who has experience with, or a desire to learn, corporate treasury functions in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
What you will do – Essential Responsibilities
Provide analytical support on various Corporate Finance projects, such as securitizations and other capital markets transactions, interest rate risk management, lease financing, etc.
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast, assess, and report on complex financial transactions
Administer multiple ongoing financing programs and ensure compliance with applicable transaction terms
Participate in negotiation of favorable financing terms with counterparties and coordinate efforts of financial advisors, legal counsel, and various internal departments/subsidiaries
Work with cross-functional teams, including Tax, Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, and Legal to support broad corporate and Treasury-specific initiatives
Prepare material for presentation to outside investors, rating agencies, senior management, and the board of directors
Actively participate in managing relationships with banks, investors, and credit rating agencies
Ad-hoc financial analyses, as needed

The Analyst II, Corporate Finance will have wide-ranging responsibilities that leverage results focus, analytical skills, and teamwork in support of important decisions that can significantly affect the profitability of the company. In addition to contributing significant value to accomplishing near-term financial goals, this position also provides an opportunity to learn and grow as the company’s financing needs and complexity continue to increase over time.
Qualifications and Requirements
Two or more years of experience in financial and/or analytical role
Four-year college degree required
Knowledge of finance, accounting, and forecasting principles
Strong attention to detail and desire to learn complex financing structures
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
MBA and/or CFA desirable but not required
