Full Job Description
Develop and provide valuation modeling for acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, including preparation of Discounted Cash Flow, Market Multiple, Precedent Transactions and Accretion/Dilution analyses. Develop base case and synergy case assumptions and projections in conjunction with business unit staff. Support preparation of presentation materials for M&A committee, and Board meetings. Assist in due diligence process and issue resolution;
conduct in-depth industry research and financial ratio analysis.
MBA Preferred or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, ~ 4 years/months experience in occupation or related position. Exposure to Applied Materials Business unit and/or Corporate functions is a plus.
Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following:
Data processing, financial modeling and deal valuation modeling; Corporate accounting and corporate finance; Microsoft Excel and S&P Capital IQ; Discounted cash flow model; Comparable companies multiple valuation modelling and comparable transaction multiple valuation modeling. Strong team player and ability to independently in a fast paced environment with exposure to senior executives
