Full Job Description
Provides account management support and works cross-functionally with Order Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance and Management teams to ensure sales, customer satisfaction and commercialization of new and existing products. Works with Analogic business leaders, global strategy team, and cross-functional teams to execute the business unit’s goals and objectives. Works with Business Development and General Managers on new business opportunities and, builds and maintains relationships with customers.
Will have direct customer contact with shared responsibility for proposal strategy, manage proposal development, organize team meetings with customers, and manage contracts.
Primary liaison between customers and Analogic Order Management for production and service orders.
Work day to day answering customer questions and inquiries and solving problems as they arise.
Generate sales and service quotes and proposes product pricing and discount schemes for business unit approval.
Prepare sales forecasts and participates in Sales and Operations planning meetings for original equipment and aftermarket service parts.
Participates in marketing opportunities.
Collect customer feedback to propose and drive continuous improvement programs to help customers win in their respective markets.
Orchestrate at least quarterly business reviews with key customers.
Provide market input/data from customers and competitors, in close cooperation with project members from business units.
Technical degree and 4 years of related experience, MBA a plus
Candidate should possess strong communications skills, be a self-starter and be able to work both independently and within a cross functional team environment.
Experience with tools such as SAP, Agile, and ServiceMax, a strong plus.
