The Role:
The Amazon data pipeline group is looking for an individual who wants to manage a team of 5-6 data collection specialists and leads, program coordinators who work on a cool products and that is growing at a rapid pace. We ensure ongoing support, grow the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company. In this role you will:

Build and manage a team of Operations for data collectors.

Manage, hire and develop a team of 5-6
-
Create, Clarify, organize and consolidate all topics related to hiring, rewards/recognition, career growth

Effectively partner with HR, Legal, Security on topics intersecting with workforce.

Present to stakeholders such as finance on metrics, productivity. Plan and seek budget approvals for the same.

Drive prmo’s and performance improvement tasks
-
Deliver results on projects involving teams across cross functional teams.

Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, publish requirements, plan budget, capacity and hiring plans.

Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems

Drive continuous improvements

Travel as required
-
Master’s degree (MS, MBA or relevant degree) could be a plus.

Proven ability to influence others and facilitate agreement among stakeholders

Previous experience leading and managing a team

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to senior management, peers, and team member

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build effective relationships in a open collaborative environment

Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design , products or systems of any system/product.

Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
