Communication and Authenticity are essential components to career effectiveness. They are central to how we present ourselves and are perceived by others. This Career Conversation will focus on how communication and authenticity impact us in all domains of our life. The focus will be on listening without judgement, openness to ideas which may differ from our own, and feedback.
