We are searching for a Productivity Improvement Manager to join our team located at our manufacturing plant in Jacksonville, IL.
Your Role:
The Productivity Improvement Manager will have responsibility for process optimization and continuous improvement through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing on the shop floor. The successful individual will lead the improvement of productivity for the facility by planning, coordinating, and executing improvement activities. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Perform statistical analysis and design experiments to assess current processes.
- Develop standard operating conditions and standard work.
- Implement improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and cost.
- Establish new stable processes across all shifts.

We need you to have:
- BA/BS in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional and progressive process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency using statistical software such as Minitab.
- Proficiency in statistical improvements tools such as: Design of experiments DOE, Process capability analysis and process control, and Measurement system studies.
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Icing on the cake:
- MBA or another advanced degree.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification.
- Prior team management experience.
