THE POSITION:
The Sr. Financial Analyst’s responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting, developing financial models, tracking and reporting on key initiatives, and leading ad hoc requests as required by leadership. This role supports our Chief Commercial Officers and directly interfaces with COMPLETE Commercial clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Performing all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis during monthly close
- Leading preparation of monthly reporting packages and tracking KPIs for leadership
- Developing financial projections and building financial models for COMPLETE Commercial clients
- Supporting project teams with financial guidance and tracking of spend vs plan
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Excel, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI and Tableau
- Presenting budgets and monthly financial results to COMPLETE Commercial clients
- Preparing and reviewing client budgets, contracts and statements of work

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Education:A. / B.S. in Finance or related
- Experience and/or Training: 2-5 years in a corporate finance or related role
- Technology/Equipment: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: MBA or relevant Master’s degree
- Experience and/or Training: Life science industry experience
- Technology/Equipment: Experience with D365 (Management Reporter), Workday Adaptive Planning, PowerBI and Tableau
