JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing a key role in the corporate planning & field finance team. The role is focused on planning, analysis, reporting, forecasting and budgeting in the critical areas of Franchise Finance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Key Responsibilities)
- Responsible for preparing accurate annual planning, quarterly forecasting and monthly analysis of franchise operations related expenses.
- Accountable for producing accurate reporting of financial results for field leadership, other functional leaders and Senior Management/External Reporting.
- Supports the Director of Field Finance in the preparation of annual restaurant level plans and the analysis of field initiatives.
- Monitors franchisee financial performance, highlights trends and presents opportunities.
- Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency to grow the bottom line and help identify trends and success/opportunity areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required. MBA preferred.
Experience:
2 years of relevant experience with an MBA or 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent business partnering skills.
- Ability to manage multi-project workload within tight deadlines through strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion).
- Experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
